Representatives of the Geoinformation Systems Unitary Enterprise participated in the China-Belarus Scientific and Technical Forum in the Field of Electronic Information

Representatives of the Geoinformation Systems Unitary Enterprise, as part of a delegation from the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, visited Harbin, China, from April 26 to 29 to participate in the China-Belarus Scientific and Technical Forum in the Field of Electronic Information.  

During the visit, the delegation members took part in a roundtable discussion organized by the Faculty  of Electronics and Information Engineering at Harbin Institute of Technology, which discussed the possibility of implementing contractual projects in the fields of space exploration, electromagnetic radiation protection, and other areas.

Deputy Chairman of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus Sergei Shcherbakov discussed promising areas of scientific and technical cooperation with Liu Ting, Vice-President of Harbin Institute of Technology (PRC). The discussion focused primarily on joint projects in the field of artificial intelligence, space research, and a joint scientific paper competition.  

During the meeting, the parties agreed to organize joint internships for young scientists and implement joint projects within the framework of competitive programs.
