Born 8 August 1958 in Pinsk (Brest Region).

In 1980, graduated from the Belarusian Polytechnic Institute with a major in “Automation and Complex Mechanization of Mechanical Engineering”.

From 2005 to 2007, held the position of Chief Project Designer of the UE “Geoinformation Systems” of the NAS of Belarus.

Since 2007, he has held the position of Deputy Director-at-Large of the UE “Geoinformation Systems” of the NAS of Belarus.

Main Areas of Expertise:

• Supervision of work on the creation, installation and maintenance of hardware and software systems for automated monitoring of air quality in chemically hazardous industries.
• Coordination and control of the work of specialists and employees of the Enterprise's managerial staff and workers engaged in servicing the Enterprise.
• Control over the performance of employment duties at the Enterprise and the employees' compliance with internal labor regulations.
